Young people are doing it tough and life is presenting challenges on all fronts. What if we could help children not only overcome these challenges, but transform into something even greater? How can we empower young people to become their best selves?
Our amazing schools in Australia have limited resources and time to support children with their confidence, mental health and life skills. This is why our Founder took a leap of faith and left his corporate career to collaborate with schools and empower young people.
We have built more than just a series of programs, but an educational system that is child centric, empowering and delivers outcomes for every student. Starting with a single classroom in 2023, Connected Learning serves it’s mission in schools across Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
Today we partner with schools, run after-school programs, and support educators to weave confidence and resilience into everyday learning. Our mission is to spark transformation, one child, one class, one school at a time.

Meet Our Founder
Sana is the heart and mind behind Connected Learning — a proud girl dad, educator, and former corporate executive with over 20 years of experience in some of Australia’s largest organisations.
After two decades leading teams, writing, coaching, and helping professionals reach their potential, Sana believes that the skills that shape strong leaders start in childhood. That belief inspired the creation of Connected Learning — a space where children grow in confidence, resilience, and purpose through learning that’s fun, relevant, and deeply human.
Whether he’s running workshops, coaching his team, or reading stories with his daughter, Sana brings the same energy of service, curiosity, and joy to everything he does. His vision is simple — help every child become the best version of themselves.
Our Learning Framework
The Connected Learning framework is a holistic model designed to empower children. At the centre of all our programs is the development of self-belief and the development of a strong identity based on fact and not mere hope.
Students learn how to take control of their emotions through remapping their internal dialogue. They achieve excellence through setting goals that they care about. It is on this foundation that we can build any skill and achieve great outcomes for every child.
All of this is facilitated by a child-centred learning environment. Students buy into the rules, instead of through a process of enforcement. Our educators role model kindness and create an environment of encouragement to empower every young person to be their best selves.
