2.1 By placing an order through our website and Stripe Payment Link, you agree to pay the purchase price listed on our Website for the product.

2.2 Payment of the purchase price may be made through Stripe, our chosen payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use and other relevant legal documents provided by Stripe.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or mistake orders.​

3.2 If your item arrives defective due to a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the manufacturer or relevant party.

4. Shipping Information

4.1 We aim to dispatch your order within 7 of payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier.

 

4.2 ​All shipping is handled by third-party courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, the shipping company assumes full responsibility for the delivery. Tracking information will be provided where possible.

 

4.3 While we work with reputable couriers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates and are not liable for any delays, lost parcels, or damage occurring during transit. Please contact the courier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

5.1 To the extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our products or delays or issues with shipping.

5.2 By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that liability for deliver and related issues lies solely with the shipping provider once the item leaves our premises.
